This allows customers across the United States and internationally to receive professional custom calibrations without visiting our shop. Simply read your vehicle's stock file, upload it through our website, and we'll build and deliver your custom calibration electronically. 

 Yes. Remote tuning requires a compatible tuning interface such as HP Tuners, EZ Lynk, EFI Live, or an approved J2534 pass-through device, depending on your vehicle. If you're unsure which hardware is required for your application, contact JKP Tuning before purchasing and we'll help you choose the correct solution for your vehicle and tuning goals. 

 Before placing your order, we recommend having your vehicle's year, make, model, engine, transmission, and a complete list of modifications available. This includes items such as intake systems, exhaust components, turbochargers, injectors, tire size, gear ratio, fuel type, and any transmission upgrades. Providing accurate information allows us to build a calibration that is tailored to your specific vehicle and goals. 

 Ordering a custom tune from JKP Tuning is simple. Browse our online store, select the tuning package that matches your vehicle, choose any available options, and complete the checkout process. After your purchase, you'll receive instructions for reading your vehicle's stock calibration and uploading it through our Tune Upload page. Once we receive your file and vehicle information, we'll build a custom calibration specifically for your setup and deliver it electronically. 

 Our typical turnaround time varies depending on the vehicle platform and current workload. Most initial calibrations are completed within 1–3 business days after we receive your stock file and vehicle information. If additional revisions are required, turnaround times may vary. If you need your tune by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. 

 Absolutely. If you decide to change your vehicle's modifications, fuel type, or intended use in the future, additional tune files can be purchased as needed. Whether you're upgrading to larger injectors, changing turbochargers, adding flex fuel capability, or switching from a towing calibration to a higher performance setup, JKP Tuning can create updated calibrations designed for your new combination.
